JEE Main Result 2023: Exam Details, Expected Dates, Steps to Check Result 

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Session 1 was conducted between January 24-1 February, 2023 with more than 9 lakh candidates appearing for the exam from which 8.6 lakh candidates attended Paper 1 – (B.E/B.Tech) and 0.46 lakh candidates attempted Paper-2 (B. Arch./B. Planning). The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the result for the candidates who appeared for the JEE Main 2023 January Session Exam soon. JEE Main result 2023 will be released on the official website of the NTA. Candidates who appeared for the JEE Main 2023 First Session exam will be able to access their results by logging in on the official website. JEE Main Exam 2023

As mentioned, the JEE Main 2023 January Session Exam was conducted from January 24th to February 1st, 2023. Registration for the JEE Main 2023 April Session Exam is anticipated to begin soon. NTA will make an announcement for the commencement of the JEE Main 2023 April Session Examination. The application form will be available online for the candidates. 

JEE Main Result

According to data by the National Testing Agency, over 9 lakh applicants registered for the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 Exam. More than 8.6 lakh candidates registered for the Paper 1 (B.Tech/B.E.) exam, out of which more than 2.6 and 6 lakhs were female and male applicants respectively. 

When Will the JEE Main Result 2023 Be Declared?

As per sources,the NTA will release the JEE Main 2023 Result on February 06, 2023. According to prior trends, the JEE Main Result is usually released a day or two after the final answer keys are released. On February 5, 2023, NTA published the final answer keys for Paper 1 for candidates on the official website i.e jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The candidates who appeared for the exam can check and download the final answer key from the official website. The provisional answer key for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and Paper 2B (B. Planning) was released by NTA along with the question papers on 2nd  February 2023. The final answer keys have been released today for B.E and B.Tech for which the exams were conducted on 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 January and 1 February 2023 respectively. These exams were conducted in two shifts- from 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. The exams for B.Arch and B.Planning were conducted on 28 January 2023 in the second shift.

The JEE Main Result 2023 will be made available on the official website at  jeemain.nta.nic.in on its release. Students are advised to keep an eye on the official website for any updates of the NTA JEE Mains.

Steps to check JEE Mains Result 2023

The candidates can follow the steps below to check the JEE Main Result 2023 and download the score card:

  • Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the ‘JEE Main result 2023’ link
  • Candidates can access them from the ‘Candidate activity’ section
  • Log in with your application number and date of birth
  • The JEE Main scorecard will be displayed on the screen
  • Download the result and take a printout for future reference
